Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end integration architectures across multiple systems and platforms.
- Design and document API-led, message-based and event-driven integrations.
- Produce high-level and detailed architecture artefacts (logical, physical, integration views).
- Support solution design and delivery across multiple programmes and projects.
- Define and maintain integration standards and best practices.
- Ensure integrations meet security, resilience, performance and data governance requirements.
- Support technology selection and roadmap planning for integration platforms.
- Contribute to integration designs involving healthcare systems including EPR platforms.
- Apply interoperability standards (e.g. HL7, FHIR) where relevant.
- Support EPR-related initiatives as part of a wider integration portfolio.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Integration Architect.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience designing integrations using APIs and Messaging and event platforms.
- Experience working in cloud or hybrid environments.
- Ability to produce clear architecture documentation and diagrams.
- Experience of EPR or healthcare systems.
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR).
- Experience in regulated or data-sensitive environments.
