- Leading the use of automated systems and templates to deliver high-volume artwork with maximum efficiency
- Overseeing the creation and maintenance of active brand system documents, templates, and brand asset libraries

- Driving studio-wide adoption of automated workflows to increase production capacity
About you: We’re looking for someone who knows their stuff when it comes to print. You’ll have a deep, technical understanding of the entire journey—from trapping and colour separations to managing ink coverage and minimum dots. Beyond the technical, you’ll need to be self-motivated with a genuine passion for what you do. We value clear, straightforward communication and the drive to keep pushing forward. If you’re industrious, curious, and ready to earn trust every day, you’ll fit right in.
To be an ideal candidate, you will need:
- Five plus years of experience in packaging artwork production or creative operations
- Proven experience producing complex or high-volume artwork across multiple channels in high-pressure environments
- Extensive experience using automation, batch processing, or workflow systems to optimise delivery
- An expert understanding of artwork production, complex creative workflows, and print artwork standards
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud tools, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high-end quality orientation and the ability to execute complex briefs independently
- A strong track record of collaborating with design, development, technical, and automation teams
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members, as supporting your crew is essential
