The role is key in cultivating client relationships and driving the execution excellence of creative, design-focused, packaging design solutions. You will support our Account Directors in bridging the gap between clients and our creative or design teams, maintaining project timelines, budgets, and creative excellence. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Acting as our Aire Global point of contact for your assigned accounts
- Building and maintaining trusted, long-term relationships with stakeholders within the client organisation
- Understanding and aligning with the client’s challenges and goals, working with the Design Team to deliver solutions to creative briefs
- Ensuring creative excellence and alignment by consistently reviewing industry insights and proposing opportunities to explore
- Driving growth across all regions and areas by identifying upselling, cross-selling, and renewal opportunities
- Knowing and driving financial targets with budget and profitability goals, monitoring them monthly with the support of our Account Directors
- Coordinating across all pillars and functions internally to ensure a unified global approach to the Aire Way process
- Ensuring high-quality delivery of solutions across all touchpoints, from Design to Develop
- Anticipating and resolving challenges proactively, with the help and support of your team and our Account Directors
- Providing regular top-line updates to both the client and internal teams, with a good grasp of what is relevant and what is not, to ensure alignment and control
About you: Beyond the technical, you’ll need to be self-motivated with a genuine passion for what you do. We value clear, straightforward communication and the drive to keep pushing forward. If you’re industrious, curious, and ready to earn trust every day, you’ll fit right in. To be an ideal candidate, you will need:
- A proven track record of design or packaging experience, managing multiple projects
- Strong and natural client liaison skills alongside clear, confident, and unambiguous communication skills
- Business acumen and commercial awareness, including experience managing large annual budgets
- Good organisational capability with the ability to manage, support, and control multiple activities simultaneously
- A passion for design with an appreciation for brand and packaging guidelines, plus a creative understanding of design, adaptation, and guideline adherence
- Confidence in preparing creative proposals and presenting them to a high standard
- A production understanding of prepress and printing processes, technical understanding of colour management, and awareness of automation and AI
- Proven achievement involving creative or strategic foresight, with the ability to challenge and lead by example
- Problem analysis experience with insight and critical thinking skills
