Role
AIRE is looking for a Massage Therapist to join our London site, awarded London’s Spa of the Year 2023, 2024 and 2025. You will be responsible for ensuring clients’ well‑being by performing relaxing and cosmetic treatments following our established protocols and maintaining the relaxation spaces in top condition with all required materials for a perfect AIRE experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform relaxing treatments, including body and facial treatments, exfoliations, and other therapies using AIRE’s protocols and techniques.
- Communicate all relevant information about the treatment and products used to the client, following the provided manual.
- Ensure consistency in the client experience when treatments are scheduled for couples and coordinate effectively with the partner therapist.
- Maintain clean and ready work areas, supervise facility sanitation, product maintenance, and cleaning between treatments.
- Ensure environmental conditions meet protocol standards for noise, temperature, and humidity.
- Regularly check and maintain an adequate supply of all required products, reporting shortages or low stock.
Who You Are
- You have at least one year of experience in a similar role.
- You possess a minimum qualification of NVQ Level 3 in Massage Therapy or equivalent in the UK.
- You are fluent in English.
- You are genuinely customer‑focused and excel at connecting with people.
- Your schedule is flexible, covering shifts in the mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
Shift Patterns
- Shifts are organised on a rotating schedule and planned at least two weeks ahead.
- Operating hours are from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, with shifts up to 8.5 hours including break.
- Operating days include Monday to Sunday and bank holidays.
