The role involves being responsible for guaranteeing the well functioning of our London facility. We look for a manager who leads by example and contributes to daily activities in addition to administration and managerial tasks.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure full compliance with operating controls, policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Promote a culture of excellence in guest care through a warm welcome and a desire to exceed expectations.
  • Hold regular briefings and meetings with employees and heads of departments.
  • Handle complaints and oversee the service procedures.
  • Monitor closely the reports on a daily basis and take decisions accordingly.
  • Help the procurement of operating supplies and equipment.
  • Contract third-party vendors for essential equipment and services.
  • Coordinate head of departments for the execution of all activities and functions.
  • Oversee and manage all departments and work closely with the head of departments on a daily basis.
  • Be accountable to department heads and take ownership of all guest complaints.
  • Be responsible for safeguarding the quality of operations.
  • Responsible for handling legal actions, ensuring health & safety regulations are followed, as well as fire regulations and other legal requirements.

Who you are:

  • 3 to 4 years prior experience in a similar position within Luxury hospitality.
  • You have an advanced level of English.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Problem-solving mentality, with a focus on finding solutions.
  • Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • You are completely customer-oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You have good conflict management skills, you are assertive and cooperative.
  • Flexible and able to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
