The role: At AIRE we are looking for a Front Desk Manager to join our London team. The Front Desk Manager is a key role in order to ensure a smooth operation while taking care of our guest's experience. Reporting to the site's Director, the Front Desk Manager will be responsible for managing all the Front desk, as well as helping the team to deliver their best performance each day in order to guarantee excellence in our service.
We give high importance to our customer experience so you will solve customer needs and complaints, working closely with all AIRE departments. Develop the Front Desk protocols in accordance with the current ones. Recruit, train, and coordinate the front desk team; as well as manage the workload, rota, holidays, and absences. Create sales opportunities and promote upselling. Keep tracking of all the front desk stock and order the material needed.
Whom are we looking for?
- At least 2 years' prior experience in a similar position.
- You have experience working within hospitality operations.
- You are an executor and know how to kick off new protocols or activities.
- It's important for you to work in a team and cultivate a collaborative work environment; you have a positive attitude.
- You have excellent English skills.
- You are a great communicator, completely customer-oriented with noticeable commercial expertise.
- You are flexible and able to work nights, holidays, and weekends when needed.
- You possess the right to work in the UK.
