The Role
AIRE is looking for a Housekeeper to join our site in London, awarded as London’s Spa of the Year 2023 and 2024. You will join our team and be responsible in both providing excellent customer service to our guests in the lockers and executing different defined tasks related to housekeeping activities.

You will join our team and be responsible in both providing excellent customer service to our guests in the lockers and executing different defined tasks related to housekeeping activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Guarantee the comfort of our clients in the locker room area, providing them with an outstanding customer service by demonstrating a friendly and courteous attitude.
- Assist guests with the lockers and addressing any queries.
- Cleaning the locker room and ensuring that it is always tidy, organised, and ready to welcome guests.
- Washing and folding laundry and ensuring that you always have enough stock ready to survive one day if the machine breaks down.
- Ensuring the staff canteen, manager\’s office and kitchen are always tidy and rubbish is removed daily.
- Ensure cleanliness is maintained in all public toilets and that they are fully stocked at all times.
Who You Are
- You have 1 year prior experience in a similar position.
- You have an advanced level of English.
- You are completely customer-oriented, and you have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Your schedule is flexible. The rota can include shifts in the mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
Shift Patterns
- Shifts are organised on a rotating schedule and are planned at least two weeks ahead.
- Operating hours start at 7:00 AM and end at 11:30 PM. Shifts are a maximum of 8.5 hours (including break). Operating days are Monday to Sunday, including bank holidays.
