AIRE is looking for a Bath Host to join our site in London, awarded as London’s Spa of the Year 2023 and 2024. You will join our team and be responsible for delivering a world-class experience to our guests. As part of the team in charge of our baths area, the Baths Host is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring each guest feels special from the moment they arrive in the baths area until their departure.
Responsibilities
- Manage the receiving of guests in our waiting area whilst communicating with the team in other departments.
- Greet our guests with a warm and genuine welcome.
- Conduct guided tours of the bath’s areas, highlighting key features and explaining the expectations around behaviour and rules.
- Address any guest queries.
- Servicing of amenities to guests.
Who You Are
- You have experience in the hospitality industry.
- Professional English is required.
- You are completely customer-oriented, and you have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Your schedule is flexible. The rota can include shifts in the mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
- The ideal candidate will be professional, personable, and dedicated to maintaining the high standards of service that define our luxury spa and thermal baths.
Shift Patterns
- Shifts are organised on a rotating schedule and are planned at least two weeks ahead.
- Operating hours start at 6:30 AM and end at 11:15 PM.
- Shifts are a maximum of 8.5 hours (including break).
- While the centre operates Monday to Sunday, shifts for this position will be mainly scheduled on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, including bank holidays.
