AIRE is looking for a Receptionist to join our site in London, awarded as London’s Spa of the Year 2023 and 2024. You will join our team and be responsible for managing the reception area, coordinating all the front desk activities in your shift with outstanding customer service by demonstrating a friendly and courteous attitude.
Key responsibilities:
- Greeting, welcoming, and escorting the guests to the different rooms.
- Answering incoming calls and emails.
- Addressing questions and complaints.
- Servicing of amenities during the waiting time.
- Creating sales opportunities, promoting and upselling.
Who you are:
- Experience in the hospitality industry.
- Professional English level is required.
- You are completely customer-oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Your schedule is flexible. The rota can include shifts in the mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
Shift patterns:
- Shifts are organised on a rotating schedule and are planned at least two weeks ahead.
- Operating hours start at 7:00 AM and end at 11:30 PM.
- Shifts are a maximum of 8.5 hours (including break).
- Operating days are Monday to Sunday, including bank holidays.
