Role Overview
As the Site Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Cross Dock Centre, ensuring high customer service levels, operational efficiency, and maintaining a safe, legal transport operation. Transport Manager CPC is desirable but not essential.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure safe and compliant Cross Dock and Transport operations
- Lead operational planning, fleet management, and resource allocation
- Maintain and improve operational metrics and standards
- Manage budgets and meet financial targets
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team, fostering a positive environment
- Implement process improvements and innovative solutions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for end-to-end optimization
