Sales Consultant Hours & Contract Type: Permanent Salary: £25,396.80 with on target earnings of £32,000 (the amount you\’ll potentially earn with your commission) Location: (Location) Getting To Us As a Sales Consultant in our (Location) Store, your product knowledge and natural ability to engage with customers and advise them on Sleep wellness will help them find the right sleep products for their needs to give them a perfect night\’s sleep every night with the help of our unique sleepPRO technology! We will ensure you are fully trained and supported to succeed, helping you hit the ground running. We want our stores to be places our teams can be proud of and to show off our products. You and your colleagues will need to move products around and keep the store clean and tidy to ensure a welcoming environment. Our customers shop when they are free, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. This is when you\’ll have the opportunity to benefit from our fantastic, uncapped commission structure. We understand you have a life outside the shop floor, so you\’ll get some days back, and overtime is also available if you want it. A positive \’can-do\’ attitude, adaptability, and resilience are essential, along with previous experience in a customer-facing role and confident communication skills.
