ALM is a well-established and globally recognized aircraft leasing and asset management company with a growing portfolio of commercial aircraft working closely with some of the world's leading airlines, lessors, and financial institutions. As part of the Fuyo Lease Group, a Tokyo Stock Exchange-listed company, ALM combines deep aviation expertise with strong financial backing to deliver comprehensive lease management solutions. We are now seeking a Portfolio Manager to play a key role in the administration of our managed aircraft portfolio.

The Role

Reporting to the Director of Asset Management, the Portfolio Manager will be responsible for monitoring the operational and contractual aspects of ALM's managed aircraft fleet. This role involves close collaboration with our technical, legal, and commercial teams, as well as external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Administration: Monitor and update the operational and contractual status of the managed aircraft portfolio via the Leasepoint platform.
  • Lease Compliance: Ensure adherence to lease covenants, including technical, insurance, and financial obligations.
  • Payments Oversight: Manage rental invoicing, maintenance reserves, guarantees, rate adjustments, and EOL forecasting.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary day-to-day liaison with lessees and third-party asset owners, maintaining strong relationships.
  • Transaction Support & Reporting: Support the sale and lease of portfolio assets including digital onboarding and offboarding, and regular portfolio reporting.
  • Technology & Process Enhancement: Contribute to the ongoing development of Leasepoint, improving asset tracking and forecasting capabilities.
  • Due Diligence & Fleet Management: Support maintenance forecasting, lease cashflow modelling and due diligence for current and future assets.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in aircraft portfolio management, leasing, or aviation finance.
  • Strong understanding of lease contract management, maintenance reserves, and lease forecasting.
  • Ability to analyse complex contracts and work with legal, technical & commercial teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with Leasepoint or similar asset management platforms (preferred).
