Role:

As Heating Service Manager you will manage the effective performance of the Heating departments service & maintenance team, ensuring efficient contract delivery and customer satisfaction through meeting Airco’s quality, safety and commercial standards. This role requires technical and commercial proficiency and commercial gas qualifications, along with strong people skills and the ability to manage a dynamic workload through effective time management and prioritisation of tasks.

Responsibilities

Hub Service Delivery Team

  1. Oversee the effective performance of the service delivery support Hub, working closely with the Hub Leader to support and motivate the team.
  2. Efficient planning and organisation of jobs and use of engineering resource.
  3. Ensure all customer SLA’s and KPI’s are achieved.
  4. Ensure Airco internal performance targets and KPI’s are achieved.
  5. Support the Hub in producing remedial works and maintenance quotations.
  6. Ensure compliance with RAMS & Health & Safety regulations and industry standards.
  7. Motivate, manage and support engineers.
  8. Conduct performance reviews and implement effective performance management strategies.
  9. Provide Technical support and guidance.
  10. Assist with recruitment and onboarding.
  11. Review warranty and recall work.
  12. Ensure Health and Safety standards are met.

Account Management

  1. Develop and build relationships with our clients.
  2. Attend client meetings and prepare necessary reports.
  3. Ensure quality assurance, profitability and customer satisfaction through ongoing monitoring and auditing.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in similar managerial role.
  2. Experience and technical knowledge within the Heating/Gas Industry.
  3. Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
  4. Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and compliance requirements.
