As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute paid marketing campaigns across various channels in the EMEA/LATAM region. This role will work closely with the marketing team to set campaign objectives, target audience, and budget, and use data analysis to optimize both regional and global campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of paid marketing campaigns across various channels (Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, etc.).
  • Set campaign objectives, target audience, and achieve budget targets.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data from tools like Looker, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns, drive performance, and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Stay on top of ad spend and deliver strong ROI while adhering to allocated budgets.
  • Own performance reporting from top-of-funnel through lead and pipeline generation, delivering regular readouts to the EMEA/LATAM Sales Director, General Manager, and marketing leadership.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on performance trends and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth, experimentation, and optimization.
  • Manage purchase orders and forward invoices from ad platforms to the finance team accurately and on time, in compliance with internal policies and vendor agreements.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices across all ad platforms and channels.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or demand generation, with at least 1 year in the B2B software industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work across raw and structured data sources (Excel, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, etc.) to surface insights and drive decisions.
  • Proven ability to communicate performance results and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience developing high-performing ad content and creative in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail when working with financial data, performance data, and campaign setup across platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Intellectually curious mindset with a desire to seek out opportunities for improvement and optimization.
