We are seeking a talented Strategic Partner Account Manager (PAM) to join our dynamic team in London. This role is crucial for driving our growth and development within the UK, Ireland & Nordics. As a Strategic PAM, you will manage and develop key strategic partnerships with leading integration providers and channel partners to expand Aircall's market presence and drive revenue growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Management: Develop and manage relationships with key strategic partners, including software providers and channel partners (e.g., System Integrators, Solution Partners, Digital Consulting firms).
- Business Development: Identify new partnership opportunities and develop strategies to expand Aircall’s market presence in the UK&I and Nordics region.
- Strategic Planning: Utilize data-driven insights to create and execute strategic partnership plans that align with Aircall’s business objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other GTM teams, and Product Development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to partnership management and to drive joint initiatives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships using KPIs and metrics, ensuring alignment with Aircall’s goals and objectives.
- Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Event Participation: Represent Aircall at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums to enhance brand visibility and partnership opportunities.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the UK, Ireland and Nordic markets.
- Experience in representing an organization in public forums and thought leadership discussions is a plus.
