About Us - Proximity Support (DWX): The DWX team provides end-to-end support for Digital Workplace services across the organization, manages suppliers, ensures consistent service delivery, and communicates strategy updates to the business.
Role Overview: Based in Belfast, this IT Operations Manager will support daily operations of DW products, deploy Airbus hardware, and maintain relationships with business functions and support teams to ensure high-quality service delivery according to SLAs.
Responsibilities:
- Support the DW SDM in issue resolution.
- Monitor service quality using dashboards and reports.
- Manage escalations and relationships with service providers.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure efficient service delivery across borders.
- Contribute to projects to improve support models.
- Ensure compliance and act with integrity.
Experience Required:
- Supplier and service delivery management.
- Autonomous work and teamwork.
