You\'ll own the full recruitment lifecycle across a diverse portfolio of roles-from first brief to final offer. Your mission? To find the best people, in the smartest ways possible.

- Define and deliver sourcing strategies using a mix of channels (active, passive, direct)
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and offer expert guidance
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter and your network to uncover hidden talent
- Lead interviews and manage the candidate journey with confidence and care
- Share market insights and influence hiring strategies
- Support wider HR and talent projects that make a real impact
What We\'re Looking For
You\'re a recruitment pro who knows how to find the unfindable. You\'re confident, collaborative, and ready to make a difference.
· Proven experience in recruitment-agency, in-house, or RPO
· Strong background in technical or engineering hiring
· Skilled in sourcing hard-to-find talent using creative methods
· Confident communicator and trusted business partner
· Knowledge of the labour market and how to navigate its challenges
