We're looking for a Supply Chain & Quality Manager (SCQM) who will play a key role in ensuring high‑quality, on‑time delivery of products across a diverse supplier base. What you'll be doing:
- Supplier & Product Surveillance: Implementing procurement and supplier‑development strategies. Defining and managing surveillance plans for each supplier and product. Ensuring supplier compliance with all requirements, standards, and quality expectations. Identifying risks, tracking actions, reporting progress, and escalating issues when needed.
- Quality Governance & Continuous Improvement: Applying and promoting Airbus SC&Q standards, including APQP, control plans, and problem‑solving methodologies (8D/9S, Ishikawa, 5 Whys). Supporting audits, first‑article inspections, product assessments, and process reviews. Leading or contributing to improvement projects such as recovery plans, transformation initiatives, and supplier development programmes.
- Securing Supplier Delivery Performance: Monitoring supplier delivery data, including Conformance and Quality (CnQ). Protecting Airbus production by preventing and resolving issues before they affect operations. Conducting root‑cause analysis and driving corrective actions.
- Managing Non‑Conformance: Handling non‑conformance notifications, concessions, and quality survey reports. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure robust quality and safety practices.
