You will be joining PIAWT, a transnational team focused on building bridges to ensure our Wing Aerostructures Work Packages are delivered on time, on cost, and on quality. How you will contribute to the team
- Support the digital and performance improvement strategy for Wing Aerostructure Procurement Operations (PIAW) by acting as a digital focal point for the team.
- Consolidate and analyse weekly and monthly performance data (including SQCDP) to track KPIs and prepare inputs for strategic supplier reviews.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation, helping to identify industry best practices and supporting their implementation.
- Assist with project portfolio management using LBIP and Agile methods to develop tracking dashboards, monitor progress, and follow up on action plans.
- Help coordinate vital PIAW governance activities, including supporting Quality meetings, Non-Quality Prevention Plan reviews, and monthly Leadership Team Reviews.
About you
- Practical industry experience in project management environments, ideally utilizing LBIP or Agile methodologies.
- Working knowledge of Quality Fundamentals (Lean, Non-Conformity Management, APQP) and Continuous Improvement frameworks (Practical Problem Solving, 9S, 8D).
- Proficiency in data analysis and supply chain digital toolsets, such as SAP, SMP, Skywise, PO Cockpit, and Google Suite.
- Familiarity with specialized Quality Tools (such as CAPRI) and prior exposure to Supply Chain Quality Management (SCQM) processes.
- Understanding of formal Change Management principles to help support digital and operational system rollouts within a supply chain context.
