TRAVEL: The position might involve business trips to Airbus sites in Germany, France, and Spain.
TYPE: This position is offered on either a full-time or part-time basis (minimum 80% per week).

Are you passionate about driving digital transformation through innovative tools and collaborative ways of working? We are seeking a creative professional to join our international Digital Journey Management team at Airbus Defence and Space. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding digital and IT initiatives by integrating effective change management and communication strategies, with a particular focus on the human experience of change. Join us to be at the heart of our transformation journey, contributing to both UK and international projects.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM:
- Change Management & Project Support: Lead change management for key IT initiatives—including the Space Joint Venture IM Separation—using people-centric strategies, user journey mapping, and feedback collection to drive adoption.
- Digital Adoption & Community Management: Champion the implementation of digital tools (e.g., AI, Google Workspace) and sustainability initiatives while maintaining and energizing the Digital Hub (Intranet) community.
- Strategic Communication & Content Creation: Develop and edit impactful messaging and multimedia assets across internal media channels, including newsletters, to ensure consistent stakeholder alignment.
- Design, organize, and facilitate workshops, webinars, roadshows, and team-building sessions to foster learning and enhance employee engagement.
ABOUT YOU:
- Change Management & Strategy: Proven experience in change management and transformation projects, supported by a strong understanding of current digital trends, modern tools, and new ways of working.
- Communication & Content Creation: Strong analytical and writing skills, with a creative ability to design engaging multimedia content, presentations, and digital assets.
- Facilitation & Engagement: Confident in presenting and facilitating workshops, with a talent for inspiring stakeholders at all levels and fostering an inclusive, trusted environment.
- Collaboration & Delivery: Excellent intercultural competencies and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, international team while managing complex priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously.
