About the Role
Working within the Digital Performance and Project Portfolio team of the Digital Governance organisation at Airbus Defence and Space, you will lead and orchestrate a value stream of multiple IT projects and services, ensuring alignment with the company’s digital strategy and delivering tangible business value.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate and empower a value stream comprising multiple critical IT projects and services, ensuring maximum value delivery.
- Design and maintain transparent stream reporting using intuitive dashboards and KPIs to communicate progress and impact.
- Evaluate new project opportunities and demands to confirm alignment with the strategic vision.
- Collaborate with Finance to co‑create and manage value‑stream financial planning.
- Support project teams and continuous improvement initiatives through agile and lean‑startup methodologies.
- Serve as a trusted coach, training and supporting Project Managers and Domain heads on tools, processes and frameworks.
Qualifications
- Experience operationally leading large‑scale IT projects (€1M+), with knowledge of Project Portfolio Management or experience inside a Digital PMO.
- Strong knowledge of IT project management frameworks (PMP or equivalent preferred) and a deep affinity for agile, creative and lean mindsets.
- Proven track record of delivering complex IT solutions within cross‑cultural, international teams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and coaching skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including part‑time.
