You hold an Engineering degree relevant to aviation system design (e.g. Thermo-fluid/Mechanical/Electrical/Controls).
Experienced Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Experience in aircraft systems design activities, including Fluid Mechanics or Control & Indication perimeters.
Experience in Aircraft Fuel, Hydraulic or Landing Gear Systems is desirable.
Experience in systems based engineering including requirements management and Validation & Verification all the way through to certification.
Track record of leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and staff members.
Experience in liquid hydrogen or Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) and their applications in aviation is desirable.
Experience of requirement management, including use of DOORS is desirable.
Experience of Project Management is desirable.
Team player, keen to share their knowledge and work collaboratively within a fairly small team.
Customer centric and able to build relationships in a matrix environment.
Very good communication and negotiation skills.
Autonomous, curious, proactive, rigorous, with great attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently for different customers.
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
