Our Reward, Benefits & Mobility team plays a key role in ensuring employees are paid accurately, rewarded fairly and supported through a range of benefits, pensions and reward programmes.

This is an opportunity to join a specialist people function where you'll work across reward, pensions, benefits, payroll-related activity and global mobility processes. You'll help maintain the systems, data and relationships that support the employee experience across the business while working closely with employees, leaders, external providers and colleagues across multiple functions. You'll also support employee movements across the wider Airbus network, helping to coordinate the administrative and system processes that enable colleagues to work and collaborate effectively across international locations.

How You Will Contribute to the Team

  • Coordinate reward and benefits activity, including salary changes, promotions, bonus payments and employee lifecycle administration.
  • Act as a key contact for pension, payroll, benefits and mobility providers, ensuring queries are resolved and services are delivered effectively.
  • Maintain employee records and people data across HR and payroll systems, ensuring information remains accurate, compliant and up to date.
  • Produce headcount, reward and people-related reporting while supporting global mobility processes and employee moves across the wider Airbus organisation.

Requirements for the Role

  • Experience supporting reward, benefits, pensions, payroll, global mobility or HR administration activities.
  • Experience maintaining employee data and records within HR, payroll or business information systems.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with reporting, employee or financial data.
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders and external providers to coordinate people-related processes and resolve queries.
