At Airbus Broughton, you will sit at the heart of the plant's operations, acting as the central engine that translates global customer demand into real-world manufacturing reality. This role embeds you within a diverse, multi-functional team where you will regularly influence tactical decisions and build an elite stakeholder network spanning from the shop floor all the way to senior leaders.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM
- Master Production Scheduling & Re-planning: Formulate and maintain the long-term Master Production Schedule (MPS) for all wing products based on shifting customer demand, investigating scenarios and launch critical re-plans as well as triggering supply chains.
- Operations Alignment & Tactical Planning: Clarify and agree upon core planning fundamentals with Operations, including jig availability, resource allocation, and stock/inventory levels. Monitor close adherence to the active build plan while proactively designing recovery plans to mitigate production bottlenecks.
- Cross-Functional Resource & Performance Analysis: Calculate exact capacity and resource requirements to provide Finance and HR, track KPIs and present data-driven scenario solutions.
ABOUT YOU
Hold an HNC, HND, or full Degree in Business, Project Management, Operations Management, or a closely related technical/operational discipline. Proven experience collaborating with diverse industrial business units. Proficiency in digital planning tools to manage data, track project milestones, and generate business reports.
