Programme Overview
This four-year structured Finance Graduate programme offers broad exposure across financial accounting, cost accounting, estimating, commercial, and programme finance. Participants develop strong financial, analytical, and commercial capabilities through hands-on experience, structured rotations and business-partnering responsibilities, with full support toward a professional accounting qualification and a clear pathway into a Finance Analyst or Programme Finance role.
Responsibilities
- Complete structured rotations across financial accounting, cost accounting, estimating & commercial, and programme finance to build a foundation in financial control and reporting.
- Support financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis, working with teams across the business to understand and improve cost and operational drivers.
- Contribute to commercial and estimating activities, supporting business cases, cost models and financial inputs to decision-making.
- Provide ongoing finance business-partnering support, analysing large data sets, preparing reporting and supporting stakeholders with financial insight.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.
- Strong numerical and analytical capability.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- Ability to work with complex data sets and financial information.
