ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Risk and Opportunity Manager to work closely with a PMO team supporting projects and bids throughout their lifecycle - Initiation, plan, maintain, execute and closing.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM
- Work alongside Risk and Opportunity Management (ROM) stakeholders and execute ROM process activities.
- Establish the context and prepare the ROM plan.
- Promote an anticipation and ROM-oriented mind-set.
- Conducting risk identification workshops and helping assess the impacts or potential benefits to the business objectives.
- Clarify accountabilities (especially: R/O owner, R/O response action owner).
- Development and close follow-up of successful execution of risk treatment actions.
- Provide assurance / advice to management regarding the achievement of: Reliability of financial reporting; Transparency and quality of risk & opportunity monitoring and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with risk & opportunity rules, regulations and procedures.
ABOUT YOU
- Knowledge and experience of Enterprise Risk solutions and Programme Governance frameworks.
- Programme/Project/Risk Management skills and track record in complex technical projects including scheduling, Risks logic checking, earned value and risk.
- A clear understanding of the values and limitations of qualitative and quantitative risk analyses.
- Proficient user of risk analysis software, such as Active Risk Manager, Primavera Risk Analysis or @Risk software.
- Experience in using scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
