**LOCATION:** Stevenage OR Portsmouth (60% of your working week must be office based)

We are looking for a Project Management Office (PMO) Project Coordinator. You will be working closely with a PMO Manager supporting projects throughout their lifecycle - Initiation, plan, maintain, execute and closing. Great opportunity for a PMO Coordinator to gain or enhance their experience in a complex and ever-changing environment. You will need excellent communication and organisation skills and the ability to change your approach depending on the support the Project Managers and departments need.

You will be provided with training including on-the-job, Airbus training and Project Management core training. For the right person, this role can come with career progression to PMO Manager or other career opportunities in PMO and Project Management.

**HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM**

  • Assisting the PMO in the creation and maintenance of the appropriate business management tools, methodologies, templates, documentation and reports
  • Liaising with the PMO, Risk and Integrated Planning Managers to support the implementation of best practice Project Control and Risk Management across the bids, projects and the business
  • Actively work on project plans, issue & change management logs, risk & opportunity registers, project management information & data gathering, milestone tracking & customer and other stakeholder monthly reporting to support the successful delivery of projects
  • Managing bid and project maturity and presenting status to management & senior stakeholders
  • Building rapport with the stakeholders and fostering understanding between the departments

**ABOUT YOU**

  • An understanding of Project Methodologies and Life cycles, ideally as a PMO Project Coordinator
  • Project Management qualifications / certifications or equivalent experience
  • Experience of building rapport with busy stakeholders and supporting them during changes that will impact the projects they are working on
  • Passionate about capturing, monitoring, analysing, recording and reporting on data and understanding the impact this will have on projects
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, and Google software
  • Interested in learning Airbus tools and processes
  • Good written, verbal communication, organisational skills and detail orientated
