Job Description:

Location: Filton, Bristol

Security Clearance: You will be subject to a BPSS check (including a criminal record check)

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organised individual to join as Personal Assistant to the UK Country Manager, based in Filton. In this high-visibility role, you’ll act as a key interface with senior internal and external stakeholders. From managing sensitive diary commitments to planning complex visits and supporting operational efficiency, you’ll be at the heart of activity that supports Airbus’ strategic representation in the UK.

How you will contribute to the team

  • Act as Personal Assistant to the UK Country Manager for Airbus Commercial, managing diaries, travel, expenses, and logistics

  • Support complex and high-profile visits, engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders (including government and industry)

  • Coordinate meetings, reporting and presentations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and confidentiality

  • Provide administrative and project support, including purchase processes (Click & Buy), visitor logistics, and ad-hoc coordination

  • Build strong working relationships across the Airbus network (Filton, Broughton, Toulouse, Bremen, Hamburg, Madrid) and with external senior offices

About you

  • Proven experience in supporting senior leaders, managing complex stakeholder relationships with professionalism and discretion

  • Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive topics with integrity and compliance at the forefront

  • Digitally savvy and solutions-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills. A true team player who remains calm under pressure

  • Confident connecting across the business and beyond, with a positive mindset and a natural ability to get things done
