As well as day-to day operations, we implement longer-term strategies to improve the industrial system to enable flexibility of our production rates.****What you will be doing:****You will be working closely with the H&S Leader and Business Support Team to support the following objectives:* Accident reduction, risk assessments;* Accident investigation, identification and implementation of H&S improvement actions;* Business support will consist of cost saving initiatives and leading strategic improvement projects.The role requires an understanding of fundamental lean principles and a demonstrated ability to support and implement projects to completion.It is recognised that successful candidates may have differing levels of knowledge of the more technical aspects of Project Management.
