As well as day-to day operations, we implement longer-term strategies to improve the industrial system to enable flexibility of our production rates.****What you will be doing:****You will be working closely with the H&S Leader and Business Support Team to support the following objectives:* Accident reduction, risk assessments;* Accident investigation, identification and implementation of H&S improvement actions;* Business support will consist of cost saving initiatives and leading strategic improvement projects.The role requires an understanding of fundamental lean principles and a demonstrated ability to support and implement projects to completion.It is recognised that successful candidates may have differing levels of knowledge of the more technical aspects of Project Management. As such they will be supported with a development programme suitable to their requirements.****Requirements:****Our placements are open to Undergraduates only. Therefore it is mandatory for candidates to be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement.
