Service Delivery Manager for Identity and Access Management (M/F/D) for the UK. Responsible for managing the overall service delivery of this Digital Product. You will fulfil aligned Service Level Agreements (in time, quality and costs) while contributing to continuous improvements, problem management and obsolescence management. You will organise cooperation with the commissioned IT service provider at operational, tactical and strategic levels. You will be part of an international team and this vacancy targets the UK perimeter. You will also work on projects as a member of the project team to drive major Airbus Defence and Space UK IT infrastructure projects involving many actors, technologies, etc. You will join multi-functional project teams and support the entry into service process of IAM projects. This is a high-visibility role.

Responsibilities
- Definition of Service Level Agreements and KPIs together with the various involved business domains in agreement with the Product Manager.
- Negotiation of contractual Service Level Agreements with the various business domains, customers, external service providers, in alignment with the Head of Product Team/PSL and Contract Management.
- Implementation and management of service provision and contribution to the overall product strategy via feedback from both: customers and delivery teams.
- Management (drive, monitor and report) of the insourced and outsourced delivery teams in regards to the fulfilment of aligned Service Level Agreements and cost optimization.
- Defines the required corrective actions to be led to meet the objectives and drives the associated operational teams.
- Managing mitigations in case of non-fulfilment in agreement with the Product Manager.
Qualifications

- Proven experience in operational activities in provider and service management.
- Experience in IT infrastructure, IT service delivery and system administration.
- Proven knowledge and experience in ITIL oriented management.
