Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage changes throughout the lifecycle of Network Security Products while improving efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Analyze console messages, diagnose system failures, and take corrective action to ensure continuity of operations.
- Supervise system backups and lead disaster recovery tests, implementing technologies and processes that improve reliability.
- Manage ITIL support processes, diagnose failures, and execute backup/disaster recovery protocols to maintain operational continuity.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle, including budget planning and economic aspects of the product.
Qualifications
- Background in IT/Telecommunications with experience in Data Centre Network Technologies (BGP, OSPF, routing protocols, Qo S, VRFs, IP management).
- Experience with Cisco devices and network/security management platforms such as ACI and firewalls.
- Familiarity with F5/Load Balancers and encryption technologies (HTTPS, IPSEC, crypto boxes from Compumatica, Genua, Cisco, etc.).
- Knowledge of economic aspects, such as budget planning, associated with product lifecycle management.
