Location: Filton, UK. Employment type: Permanent full‑time. Shift pattern: 4 day shift (Mon‑Thurs), 35 hours a week.

Responsibilities
- Read technical drawings, understanding geometric characteristics and symbols.
- Apply the metrology process from start to finish, defining datum structures from key aircraft features.
- Use interface and frontier drawings and Catia platforms to support measurement work.
- Fit and assemble aircraft components within the production team at the Filton Plant Operations environment.
Qualifications
- Background in metrology and experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Evidence of Level3 time‑served qualification within an electrical field (e. g., Certificate of Modern Apprenticeship, NVQ Level3 combined with a Level3 Vocationally Related Academic Qualification).
- Strong focus on safety and quality, with the ability to follow complex documentation and design procedures accurately.
- Flexibility to work the specified shift pattern and to adapt to changing production needs.
