What You\’ll Do
- Provide hands-on support to the production team, tackling technical issues and driving improvements on the shop floor.
- Lead and deliver projects focused on cycle time, efficiency, and industrial excellence.
- Manage work orders and escalate recurring issues to specialist support teams.
- Anticipate and plan for capacity changes, ensuring smooth operations throughout the product lifecycle.
What We\’re Looking For
- Experience matters: Previous manufacturing experience is essential-aviation is ideal, but we welcome talent from large global manufacturing environments.
- Technical know-how: NVQ Level 4 / HNC or equivalent is desirable. Experience with CATIA and SAP is a plus.
- Great communicator: You\’ll need exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Shift pattern: Double day shifts (Monday to Friday, alternating mornings and afternoons) with a 20% uplift on rate.
The Details
- Location: Broughton (onsite requirement)
- Pay: £26.92 per hour PAYE / £36.00 per hour Umbrella
- Security: BPSS+ clearance required (handled by Airbus Security)
- Interview: One-stage onsite interview
