The Learning Business Partner (LBP) is responsible for the delivery of training across the business and acts as the focal point for an assigned org unit(s), ensuring on-time, on-cost, on-quality yearly learning plan deployment in the production area, advising the business on the best learning solutions to fit their needs. This role will support the wider HR and Resourcing team, working closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure smooth onboarding and initial training of new staff.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure deployment of the learning plan for a defined perimeter (per business area and production domain).
- Gather learning needs and priorities, understanding business constraints, assessing feasibility and leading deployment of the learning plan working closely with key stakeholders.
- Lead regular meetings with business focal points to monitor their learning plan and anticipate any challenges.
- Act as a focal point for the business answering all learning related questions and making links with the central learning team where appropriate.
- Regularly monitor the learning plan and anticipate future learning needs.
- Contribute to regular multi-functional team meetings representing the Learning team, presenting data analysis, identifying challenges and risks, proposing solutions and advising on processes.
- Anticipate risks and implement actions to resolve any deployment issues in collaboration with all stakeholders.
- Assess deployment feasibility of learning projects in partnership with the business.
- Contribute to learning projects locally and/or transnationally in collaboration with the central learning team.
- Prepare and run the Welcome Events, ensuring an effective onboarding experience.
- Facilitate ongoing training needs analysis across business functions.

- Build and Animate a Network: Establish, nurture, and strategically manage a robust network of internal and external stakeholders, including subject matter experts, HR colleagues, business leaders, and external training providers.
- Training Administration: Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills necessary for efficient training administration.
- Ability to Problem Solve: Exhibit a strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach to identifying, assessing, and resolving complex challenges related to learning needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Expertly manage relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, understanding their unique needs and priorities.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Training or Learning Coordinator role.
- Minimum of an HNC or relevant professional qualification.
- Demonstrable experience managing stakeholders across multiple sites.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including the use of advanced functions, automation, and reporting tools.
- Experience designing and delivering training sessions and events.
- Experience procuring and vetting external training providers.
