About us
Working with the Airbus Commercial Wings team in Broughton, you’ll be part of a group essential to the entire production process. We guarantee traceability, quality, safety, and airworthiness of all manufactured and sub-contracted products and services, ensuring customer trust in the products we deliver.
As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a critical area of the business and will take ownership of your tasks and projects within the Quality function of the Airbus production system.
What you will be doing
- Developing and deploying projects from requirements gathering, exploring data sources and tool options, data product preparation, dashboard development and testing, followed by user acceptance testing and deployment.
- Delivering changes and promoting business excellence by deploying harmonised Quality Standards and supporting processes with Quality transnational teams.
- Supporting and potentially leading business improvement projects to improve products and processes.
- Familiarisation with digital tools (e.g., Google Suite and big data tools) to analyse data and support non-conformance reduction.
Responsibilities and qualifications
- Requirements: Open to Undergraduates for the full duration of the placement. Please inform your graduation date on your application.

- Studying towards a degree in Aerospace, Manufacturing Engineering, Business, Digital, Data Science or equivalent.
