Responsibilities:
- Drive safety culture and strict compliance while actively developing team competency, eliminating single‑point failures, and managing protocols.
- Execute on‑time, “Right First Time” operations and cross‑shift collaboration while driving continuous improvement and seamless new equipment integration.
- Control operational costs, budget compliance, and disruption logging while driving innovation through involvement schemes.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing operations and demonstrable expertise in health & safety standards (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH, risk assessment creation, LOLER management, accident investigation).
- Competent with LEAN tools and techniques.
- Experience in cost management.
- Experience working with various stakeholders, ability to lead and motivate an operational team with a strong focus on team development and performance management.
