Responsibilities

  • Lead the plant’s 5‑year digital strategy and workforce transformation, fostering an autonomous, high‑performing culture through upskilling, cross‑functional alignment and talent development
  • Direct end‑to‑end deployment of plant OWO digitalisation projects, managing complex budgets (CAPEX/OPEX), mitigating risks and enforcing SQCDP metrics to secure governance approvals and guarantee full value realisation
  • Oversee the site’s complete digital transformation and business continuity portfolio across all manufacturing operations, leveraging Industry 4.0, AI tools and scalable data infrastructure, while driving Google Workspace migrations
  • Represent the Broughton plant at transnational strategic planning events, harmonising local execution with central digital capabilities, and building robust stakeholder and supplier networks to manage project inflows and deliver executive reporting

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience managing, developing and leading high‑performing professional teams
  • Demonstrated success applying project management tools, techniques and governance to complex Multi‑Functional Team (MFT) projects
  • Change management capability, effectively challenging the status quo and managing transitions within a demanding, fast‑paced industrial environment
  • Strong technical proficiency with data fundamentals and experience using Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platforms
  • Knowledge and practical application of big data platforms, especially Palantir and Skywise, considered highly desirable
