As part of our UK Logistics team, you will help manage customer orders from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our customers. You will input orders into Microsoft NAV, arrange transport with trusted hauliers, and keep customers informed throughout the process. You will also learn how to book shipments from the EU to the UK and handle basic post-Brexit customs requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders received via email
- Accurately enter order information into Microsoft NAV (training provided)
- Check product availability with production sites
- Liaise with hauliers to ensure deliveries remain on schedule
- Keep customers updated on delivery timings and respond to queries
- Raise purchase orders and customer invoices
- Process supplier invoices
- Ensure products are delivered correctly and on time
- Support the Logistics Manager with small projects as required
