Airbus is seeking a Supply Chain & Quality Specialist to join our dynamic PIAWT team in either Broughton or Filton. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our Audits and Assessments (A&A), ensuring our Wing Aerostructures Work Packages are delivered on time, on cost, and on quality.

How You Will Contribute To The Team
- Manage and coordinate the on-time delivery of Audits & Assessments (A&A) across the Wing Aerostructure Procurement Operations (PIAW) portfolio.
- Anticipate future A&A needs to enable the success of upcoming Work Packages, New Product Introductions (NPI), and Transfers of Work (ToW).
- Provide expert guidance and coach Supply Chain Quality Managers and wider Multi-Functional Team (MFT) members on optimal A&A processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices by liaising directly with the PIA central team.
- Monitor and report on A&A status, action plan closures, and blocking points to senior supply chain leadership.
About You
- Certified at a Lead Quality Assessor level as a minimum for industrial audits and assessments, such as Special Processes, Product, Process, CMA, or Aero Excellence.
- Previous auditing experience within Aerospace.
- Demonstrated technical expertise in core quality frameworks and methodologies, including APQP, Non-Conformance (NC) Management, and AOS.
- Proven experience executing continuous improvement and root-cause analysis using structured methodologies.
- Direct technical experience managing complex supply chain events such as Supplier Recovery, New Product Introductions, and Transfers of Work.
