As the ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) Coordinator for Facility Management & Real Estate covering the UK and Spain, you will play a pivotal role in our Performance & Improvement team by supporting business-critical decisions and driving continuous improvement. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM:
- Act as the primary focal point for the UK and Spain, identifying, analysing, and mitigating Facility Management risks while serving as the trusted deputy to the FMRE ERM Officer.
- Deploy the Enterprise Risk & Opportunity (R&O) Management process across your perimeter, ensuring robust mitigation plans are in place to minimize company exposure.
- Consolidate and present a harmonized, highâlevel Top R&O picture to countryâlevel FMRE leadership to guide strategic, timely decisionâmaking.
- Empower FMRE Operational teams by coaching them through the R&O lifecycle, facilitating identification sessions, and fostering a proactive, crossâfunctional anticipation mindset.
- Proactively analyse Fire & Climate insurance reports to identify emerging risks, maintaining a robust database in the ARM tool and tracking monthly action statuses with risk owners.
- Partner with the Performance & Improvement Business Improvement Office to drive activities linked to the AOS/Quality MultiâFunctional Team for the UK perimeter.
ABOUT YOU:
- You possess a strong background in project and performance management, successfully handling time, cost, KPIs, and deliverables even under short deadlines.
- Previous experience working in a facilities management function would be highly beneficial.
- You are naturally curious with exceptional analytical skills, allowing you to seamlessly switch from a strategic "big picture" view to granular, detailed reporting.
- You have strong change management and influencing skills, capable of driving collaboration and guiding diverse stakeholders using concrete data and facts.
- You excel in communication and presentation, easily interacting with crossâfunctional teams, chairing meetings, and supporting executive reviews (e.g., Risk Review Boards).
- You have a solid grasp of data management and visualization.
