This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist people function where the primary focus is reward, compensation, benefits and pensions administration. You will work closely with employees, managers, payroll providers and external partners to support compensation processes, benefits administration, reporting and employee data management. Most of this role is centred on compensation and benefits activity, with a smaller element supporting global mobility administration and employee movements across the wider Airbus network. How You Will Contribute to the Team

  • Coordinate compensation and benefits activities, including salary changes, promotions, annual pay reviews, bonus payments and employee lifecycle administration.
  • Support the administration of pension and benefits programmes, ensuring employees receive accurate information and support.
  • Act as a key contact for payroll, pension and benefits providers, resolving queries and maintaining effective working relationships.
  • Maintain employee records and reward-related data across HR and payroll systems, ensuring information remains accurate, compliant and up to date.
  • Produce compensation, benefits, headcount and people-related reports to support business decision-making.
  • Support annual reward processes, including salary reviews, compensation analysis and bonus administration.
  • Assist with benefits enrolment, changes and ongoing administration throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Provide administrative support for global mobility processes and international employee movements when required.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across HR, Finance and the wider business to ensure a positive employee experience.

Requirements for the Role

Essential

  • Experience working within a compensation, reward, benefits, pensions, payroll or HR administration environment.
  • Experience processing and maintaining sensitive employee data with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including experience working with employee, payroll, financial or reward-related data.
  • Experience producing reports, analysing information and identifying data discrepancies.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with both internal stakeholders and external providers.

Desirable

  • Experience supporting annual salary review, bonus or reward processes.
  • Experience administering employee benefits or pension schemes.
  • Experience using HR, payroll or people information systems.
  • Exposure to global mobility processes or international employee movements.
