Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical CAFM projects, including routine compliance audits (L8, PPM), major software evolution upgrades, security updates, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Manage the full operational data lifecycle for buildings, ensuring new sites are seamlessly integrated with required data while properly handling the mothballing of old facilities.
- Support complex integrations with external platforms such as BIM, Esight, and BMS, and act as the primary UK representative for transnational CAFM and digitalisation initiatives.
- Translate real-world maintenance workflows into digital formats through process mapping, and guide the organisation through smooth change-management transitions.
- Handle active vendor management with software providers to meet go-live deadlines and directly manage the MRI Professional Services contract.
