We're now looking for a proactive and people‐focused HR Advisor to join us in supporting Airbus' HR function at their Broughton site.

What you'll be doing
- Deliver high‐quality HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle – from onboarding to exit
- Support with HR campaigns, reviews, meetings and employee relations activity
- Maintain accurate data within HR systems (Workday, SAP) and act as a key contact for transactional queries
- Produce clear, insightful reporting and analysis on topics such as headcount, absence and training compliance
- Help drive continuous improvement by identifying trends and recommending practical solutions
- Build strong stakeholder relationships at all levels, ensuring HR policies are understood and consistently applied
- Contribute to talent and development initiatives across the HR function
This is a role where you'll make a tangible difference every day – supporting managers, advising colleagues and helping shape a positive employee experience.
What we're looking for
- Have experience in HR roles such as HR Advisor, HR Officer or HR Administrator
- Bring knowledge across areas such as ER, payroll, HR systems, recruitment, learning or data reporting
- Are confident using HR systems (particularly Workday) and enjoy working with data
- Communicate clearly, collaborate well and build strong working relationships
- Are proactive, organised and comfortable managing a varied workload
- Can balance administrative accuracy with confident, people‐focused advisory support
- CIPD qualifications are welcome, but experience and the right mindset matter most.
