HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM:
- Provide advice to inventors on patentability, cross-examination of inventors, drafting, filing and prosecution of patent applications.
- Take responsibility for one or more technology portfolio segments and be capable of autonomously adapting the content of the portfolio to the technical and commercial strategy of the company including prioritisation of inventions and geographical extent of patent protection in view of the competitive and commercial landscape.
- Advise on freedom to operate risks and pre-dispute work.
- Management of external patent counsel to deliver on time, quality and cost.
ABOUT YOU:
- A fully qualified and registered UK Chartered Patent Attorney and/or a fully qualified and registered European Patent Attorney.
- Proven experience of providing advice in the field of Intellectual Property (IP).
