HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM
- Investigate production system issues to identify root causes, ensuring enhanced component availability and the implementation of automation to reduce manual interventions and incidents.
- Guide internal and external customers in selecting and integrating applications within the IAM environment, while collaborating with vendors and product teams to optimize component configurations.
- Evaluate and implement new vendor features to improve security and user experience, while actively providing feedback and initiating formal feature requests.
- Maintain expertise in evolving technology standards to steer product development and elevate the collective technical competencies of the IAM team.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in hands-on development and configuration within an IT product team, including the investigation and resolution of complex software or platform issues.
- The ability to quickly analyze, comprehend, and apply advanced technical concepts within a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in building professional relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including customer projects, architects, and security specialists.
- Competency in delivering comprehensive documentation for support teams and customers that clearly explains system configurations and process flows.
- A strong awareness of key cybersecurity principles as they apply to secure software design and architecture.
