HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM:
- Launch monthly routine, on mid term horizon.
- Evaluate the programs and production requirements, including recovery plans.
- Define associated production scenarios based on plant calendar and all resources availability.
- Propose the best solution to meet the programs/plants requirements using the production scenario achieved.
- Prepare and participate or lead the Master Production meetings involving all the stakeholders.
- Obtain the commitments and challenge attendees not to postpone the planning every time.
- Build, update and analyze KPIs measuring production plan execution and deliveries, define the improvement plan and associated actions.
- Officialise the production scenario and communicate the plan to all stakeholders.
- Make the planning respected (accountable).
- Maintain planning parameters and models in the planning tools.
ABOUT YOU:
- Education to a minimum HNC/HND in Business, Project Management, Operations or similar subjects is preferred.
- Experience of Planning / Master Production Scheduling / Sales & Operations Planning in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills.
- Able to interface with other functions in a production environment.
- A keenness to learn and develop.
- Experience of using Google suite and similar digital tools.
