Join Guidant Global as we partner with Airbus to welcome an organised, proactive and people‑focused EHS Administrator into the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) team in Belfast. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to busy operational environments and wants to make a meaningful contribution to workplace safety and compliance.

Why this role mattersAs the organisation goes through a period of transition, your support will help stabilise day‑to‑day activity and free up EHS specialists to focus on critical investigations and regulatory requirements. You’ll be the steady, reliable presence that ensures processes run efficiently and essential information is recorded accurately.
What you’ll be doingYou’ll be involved in a wide range of meaningful tasks that keep the operation safe and compliant, including:
- Operational & Safety Support
- Coordinating visitor PPE and issuing site passes
- Managing the distribution, return and inventory of employee workwear
- Data & Reporting
- Preparing weekly FR1 data and monthly waste‑management reports
- Keeping employee contact lists and departmental information up to date
- Supporting operational performance reporting and documentation for regulatory submissions
- Financial & Administrative Support
- Raising purchase orders (POs) and tracking departmental spend
- Managing office space allocations
- Coordinating travel for new starters
- Providing occasional cover for Occupational Health admin tasks
- Training Coordination
- Monitoring and helping to organise training needs to ensure safety and compliance requirements are met
We’re looking for someone who enjoys creating order, works well under pressure and takes pride in supporting others.
Essential skills & qualities- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Confident communication - written and verbal
- A positive, adaptable approach to improving manual or developing processes
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Forms, Sheets, Docs, Gmail)
- Reliable, punctual and committed to providing consistent daily support
- Experience within an industrial, aeronautical or safety‑critical environment (advantageous, not essential)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Hours: 36 per week (4.5‑day week between 7am-7pm; exact hours agreed with the business)
- Clearance: BPSS+ (completed by Airbus Security)
- Pay: £16.34 per hour (PAYE) £21.86 per hour (Umbrella)
- Location: Belfast
