What you will be doing
- Tests big & small: Designing test fixtures & systems for small material coupons up to large tests of whole aircraft wings
- Working at the forefront of digital technologies: using AI and Data Driven Platforms to enhance our data analytics capabilities and virtual simulation test means
- Developing advanced test methods: deploying and developing advanced measurement, control and data acquisition techniques
- Building a "cool" future: designing & commissioning new cryogenic test facilities for hydrogen powered flight
- Putting theory into practice: Performing "hands on" testing

Our placements are open to Undergraduates only. Therefore it is mandatory for candidates to be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement. SECURITY CLEARANCE: You will be subject to a BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) check. You may also need to gain UK SC-level Security Clearance or Export Control, depending on the role.
