What you will be doing:

  • Within our Supply Chain department, we serve the Airbus Industrial System by simplifying and optimising the information and physical flow.
  • You will be on a development journey to guide your growth into the role of Planning, Supply Chain and Logistics Graduate developing a unique understanding of our end to end supply chain through exposure to its full life cycle.
  • You can expect to be involved in the following:
    • Directing oversize transport & logistics, including the Beluga!
    • Managing inventory levels and supplier relationships to ensure uninterrupted material flow.
    • Optimizing lineside logistics to ensure operators have right parts on time.
    • Designing and executing the master production schedule to balance capacity with customer demand.
    • Building the future by designing and deploying automated warehouse.
    • Digitising of our operations including new Ai tools.
    • Driving the decarbonisation of our supply chain.

Your development journey will include eight rotational placements including Master Production Scheduler, Supply Officer, Line Side Logistics and projects to support your growth into position. At the end of the two year development programme you will have developed into a value member of our Planning Supply Chain and Logistics team.

What we are looking for:

  • A degree level or equivalent within Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Transport Management or Project Management.
  • Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field of Planning, Supply Chain and Logistics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English).
  • A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation.
  • The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
