Overview
AGGP Digital Cyber Security Graduate role at Airbus. Start date September 2026. Airbus seeks university graduates to join the Airbus Global Graduate Programme (AGGP) in Digital Cyber Security, offering a two-year, personalized development journey with rotations and leadership development.
What You Will Be Doing
- You will be on a development pathway to guide your growth into the role of Digital Cyber Security Graduate.
- You will be part of a European-wide Cyber Transformation program, with opportunities to work on projects and services across areas such as Data Loss, Cyber Analytics, OT Security, Privileged Access Management, Portfolio Management, Project execution, and more.
- Your role will evolve and may include technical tasks, business and data analysis, and security support in line with Airbus behaviours to prepare you for future leadership challenges.
- Your development pathway will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support growth into the position.
- Throughout the two-year development programme you will develop into the Digital Cyber Security Graduate role and gain broad understanding of Airbus business and security needs.
What We Are Looking For
- A degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study
- Recently graduated or first professional experience in IT Security
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- A desire to work in a collaborative team environment focused on driving future innovation
- Self-awareness and a wish to take ownership of your development
What Is Required to Apply
